Premium Video Trailer. To watch the full video please upgrade and Go Premium.
Changing your engine oil is, of course, a mileage/hours based maintenance item, but a change usually coincides with the winter offseason as well. Here’s how Dave Moss does it using his Yamaha R6 coaching bike as the example.
Hi dave
Good information again, is your lock nut secure at the gearbox shift end on the linkage? Maybe my eyes but it looked backed off the rose joint at the top.
A big hello to you guys, from Portugal,
Great work on ALL your videos. Very instructive. I particularly enjoy “Trash or Treasure” and the tutorials.
Further to this video, I would love to see some videos on the how-to of safety wiring.
Keep up the great work!
Danny
I also like to keep the oil level high on my VFR750, but I always think about the threshold for the whipping effect. Some speak of whipping air into the oil, if there’s too much, but is that with 10% overfill, 25% or 50% ? Do you have an opinion on that ?
Besides, a Guiness draft SHOULD be equivalent of the waiting time for a parking space downtown. So order your Guiness before parking the car !
